1) Are you using a legacy player like QT 7 or MPEG Strteamclip instead of QT X?

2/3 As A Decimal

2) Did you install the correct version of Perian for your system?

2/3 Fraction

3) Did you set the player to 'recognize' and open FLV type files by double-clicking the Finder icon or try drop loading the file or try opening the file from withing the QT 7 (or similar legacy) player?
